All dogs, cats and rabbits that have seen a vet since arriving at the rescue automatically come with four weeks free insurance. The cover is immediate (no waiting period) so in the unlikely event that there is a problem the insurance will protect the rescue, the animal and the adoptee during the first 4 weeks after adoption.

There is no obligation for the adoptee to continue the insurance beyond the initial four week period, however if you do decide you would like to, the rescue will benefit by receiving 10% of your monthly premium.

Whichever company you choose to use, Freshfields strongly recommends that you do insure your pet if you can.
