Welcome to our Charity Shop pages

Freshfields has an ever growing number of charity shops throughout Liverpool and the North West. Our charity shops help provide a regular income for the two rescue centres and are also the Face of the charity out in the community.

To ensure that our charity shops stay open, we are dependant entirely upon the willing band of volunteers that donate their time and energy, day after day, week after week, for nothing more than our thanks and the knowledge that for each year of their involvement, they have in their own unique way, contributed to the rescue and rehabilitation of over 1000 animals and birds. This is an incredible achievement and we are so grateful to them!

Our shops are many and varied as are the individuals that come together as a team to work in them. If you have some regular time to donate and feel you would like join our dedicated band of volunteers please submit your volunteer application form (can be found on the 'How You Can Help' pages). We look forward to hearing from you.

Anyone wishing to make donations may do so by approaching any of the shops directly. If you want to be sure we can take a particular item please telephone in advance. Please remember we can also raise money from rags (clothing, bags, shoes, belts, bedding etc not fit for sale) - we currently get 50p per kilo and this usually means in excess of £250 per week for the charity.

Electrical Items: please note we can now accept donations of small electrical items at all our shops in Liverpool.
