Olga

Olga is a lovely lurcher who was admitted to Freshfields in 2007.  Olga is a lovely natured dog, she is very affectionate once she gets to know and trust you.  Olga has a number of long term volunteers who take her on long walks which she really enjoys.

Olga could not live with children.  Although she is a nice dog she can still be nervous in certain situations and may bite if she feels threatened.  Care would have to be taken while walking Olga as she is not good with other dogs out on a walk, but she is a very nice dog to walk on the lead in quiet places.

Olga would suit a quiet home with no children.  She enjoys her walks but also loves a nice quiet comfortable place to curl up and have a sleep.

Olga came into the rescue with another lurcher who was successfully rehomed in 2009 and is doing very well in his new home, we know that Olga can be rehomed and she would make a really nice companion for someone.
