A vacancy has arisen for the position of kennels assistant working 40 hrs per week on a flexible rota.
The ideal applicant will be:
A highly committed team player who is hard working, enthusiastic, keen to learn, responsible, adaptable, reliable, understanding of a resource based working environment and 100% dedicated to the welfare of the animals.
The ideal applicant, who will view the position as a vocation, will also be an excellent communicator who is able to converse with the general public in an open, friendly and polite manner.
The ability to follow direction/instruction and work under pressure is a must as is attention to detail.
Flexible rota - Minimum wage
Experience preferred - Full driving license essential
The successful applicant will join our existing kennels team and take part in all aspects of kennels work from general cleaning and care of animals to assessment and re-homing processes.

We have vacancies (voluntary only) for persons willing to work with the horses and in our cattery.
